Stayed here with my boyfriend for our first time coming to Belfast and this hotel was amazing! The location is walking distance the food was excellent, we got lunch which was the best sandwiches we have tasted and the breakfast buffet is great with lots of choice! Above all that the staff are incredible, every single staff are genuine and care for your safety and needs which made our time staying here smooth sailing. Highly recommend we will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Belfast!
We stayed here over the weekend and the girls couldn’t be more helpful at reception. I stupidly booked for a weekend in march thinking I booked for the date we came and the ladies helped us to change dates without a problem. Gave us a complimentary drinks and our son an activity pack and upgraded our room. I really couldn’t recommend them enough. location is brilliant and close to everything. Rooms were clean and tidy and surroundings of hotel were quiet. 10/10 and we will definitely be back in the future!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights and we honestly can’t wait to come back! Every member of staff was so lovely and genuinely cared about any requests we had. We stayed in the King Suite and absolutely loved how spacious, spotless and beautifully decorated it was. There were also decaf coffee pods and fresh bottled water provided every day, which I really appreciated. Having both a shower and a bath in the bathroom was such a nice touch. The location is great too, only about a 10 minute drive from Victoria Square shopping centre. My boyfriend is an IHG Rewards member, so we enjoyed a late checkout which made our stay even more relaxing. We had breakfast every morning during our stay and it was always delicious with a lovely, calm atmosphere. We also had dinner one evening and it was incredible, the food was full of flavour and beautifully presented. Highly recommend! :)
To shout out just 2......Patrick the manager and dagma......what service, what eye to detail........always book IHG, around England. Wales, Scotland and Ireland.....Voco is my best stay by far for welcome, service and hospitality. Nothing is too much for this place and when the manager walks past you and remembers your name saying 'hello Raj, let me know if you need anything', what an experience. Hats off to the chef who always makes the meal special. Cannot wait for my next visit......stand up and applaud this team lead by a true leader!!!!
Lovely hotel in a very nice location. Stayed here for two nights with my partner and we really liked it. Pros: - Location is spot on, enough out the way to be quiet but not far from the centre - Rooms are a good size with high ceilings, comfortable beds and good TVs - Breakfast was really nice, great choice and all tasted fresh - Lobby and bar area of hotel are really nice and inviting - Staff were very friendly and helpful Cons - Shower had low pressure and very inconsistent temperature. Whole bathroom was a little outdated. - Some parts of the hotel were not very well maintained. The ashtrays outside were full and never emptied while we were there - View from our room was ugly but that happens sometimes! Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend this place for a short city break

We stayed at this hotel with our family over the New Year holidays, and our impressions were very positive. The price for this period was one of the best in the city center. First of all the staff — they are wonderful and always ready to help. The rooms are fresh and it’s clear the hotel has been recently renovated. The room has everything you need, except for a mini fridge. Special thanks for the delicious coffee. Excellent housekeeping service. The location worked well for us — not right in the very center but within walking distance, which was especially comfortable when traveling with a child, as it’s quiet. The breakfasts at the hotel restaurant are quite good, and the restaurant itself has a decent menu with reasonable prices. Thank you!
Just back from a short stay in belfast stayed in this beautiful hotel, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is stunning the decor beautiful, such a gorgeous lobby that you gould sit in socialise or just enjoy a coffee or book in. There was a wonderful bar tender working Kian, what personality he had, he was made for hospitality a credit to this hotel. Good location we got taxis to bars at night and to the shopping area although it is in walking distance my sister has mobility issues so could not walk there. Absolutely great hotel, great service cleanliness 10/10 decor stunning and the rooms well equipped and spacious the beds soo comfy but the pillows possibly a little too soft but that's just preference.
